P90X Review

Recently I started on the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program.  It is an epic program that truly works.  The intensity of this program is what is actually required to see significant weight loss and muscle gains.

Within just the first few days of the program you’ll actually see the effects.  I did.

P90X is the perfect program to anyone who is serious about seeing results and is ready to do what it actually takes.  It’s not a gimmick, there are no shortcuts to getting in shape and this delivers the intensity that’s actually required.

One of the really great things about the P90X program is that it doesn’t require very much equipment and yet you still get a great workout.  The exercises can be done with nothing more than a couple of dumbbells or bands, and a chair.

There’s a lot of video content, 13 DVDs worth of workouts that work every part of your body, each of these DVDs shows you what to do for the level you’re at.  The program tells you which videos to go through at what times.  These are some intense workouts.

The books and guides that come along with the program are packed with value.  The log books, food guide, and planner are all top notch.  These are all great for keeping you committed to the program to ensure success.

I haven’t yet finished the program, but I’m already seeing the results similar to what they show on the infomercial.
